      check it, Required percentage is = ( 4% x 100 / 5% )% = [( 4 / 100) x 100 / (4 / 100) ]%
      = ( 4 x 100 x 100 / 100 x 5 ) % = 80%.

      If it says that if some number is n times higher than another a\number it \s menas its (n-1)% of that number

      Like p is 6 times heigher than q itt menas p = 500% of q

      same q is 9 times higher than p it means q = 800% of p

      16500 x 192/100 = 165 x 192 = Multiply 165 x 1 and add two zero to the right side of result
      than Multiply 165 x 9 and add one zero
      than Multiply 165 x 2 after all add three out come result.

      165 x 192 = 16500 + 14850 + 330 = 31680..
