What is Partnership?
Persons Two or more than two persons when start and run the new business jointly of ther own choice,the persons start  they are called Partners and the deal is done between the partners is known as Partnership.
This type of problem are given in Quantitative Aptitude which is a very essential paper in banking exam.Under below  given some more example for your better practice.



Ratio of Division of Gains

• The amount investment of all the partners are for the same time period, the gain or loss amount is distributed among the partners in the ratio of their investments amounts. 

Suppose, Mukesh and Anil invest some money Rs. M1 and M2 respectively for a year in a business, at the end of year profit will be ditributed among them ( Mukesh share of profit ) : ( Anil share of profit ) = Mukesh : Anil.

• When investsments are for different time periods, then equivalent capital are calculated a unit of time by taking ( Capital x number of unit of time ) . 

Suppose, Mukesh invest Rs. M1 for T1 months and Anil invest Rs. M2 for T2 months, then ( Mukesh share of profit ) : ( Anil share of profit ) = Mukesh T1 : Anil T2.


Working and Sleeping Partners:
A partner who manages the business is known as a working partners and the one who simply invest the money is a sleeping partner.
