First is Train and second object is that which is crossed by the train.

Problem on running opposite direction:
Example1: A passenger train 330 meter long which is running at a speed of 60 Km / hr. In what time will it pass a man who is running at a speed 6 Km / hr in the opposite direction. In which the train is moving.

Answer: If direction is given in the opposite direction then we add both speed that is ( 60 + 6 ) = 66 Km / hr.
and now convert it into m / sec using 66 x 5 / 18 = 55 / 3 m / sec.

If the train time taken to passing tha man who running in opposit direction, that is 55 / 3 m /sec. So we can easily get the distance of m / sec so it cover 330 meter that is = 330 x 3 / 55 = 18 sec.

Note: direction is given in the opposite direction then we add both speed
