Shortcut tricks on triangle are one of

Before starting anything just do a math practice set. Choose any twenty math problems and write it down on a page. Do first ten maths using basic formula of this math topic. You also need to keep track of timing. Write down the time taken by you to solve those questions. Now go through our page for triangle shortcut trick. After doing this go back to the remaining ten questions and solve those using shortcut methods. Again keep track of timing. The timing will be surely improved this time. But this is not enough. You need to practice more to improve your timing more.

You all know that math portion is very much important in competitive exams. That doesn’t mean that other topics are less important. You can get a good score only if you get a good score in math section. Only practice and practice can give you a good score. The only thing you need to do is to do your math problems correctly and within time, and only shortcut tricks can give you that success. Again it does not mean that you can’t do maths without using shortcut tricks. You may have that potential to do maths within time without using any shortcut tricks. But so many people can’t do this. So Triangle shortcut tricks here for those people. Here in this page we try to put all types of shortcut tricks on Triangle. But it possible we miss any. We appreciate if you share that with us. Your little help will help others.

Triangle Properties

A triangle is one of the basic form in geometry. A triangle which has with a three vertices that is A, B, and C and a polygon with three corners or vertices and three sides or edges that’s are line segments.

In maths exam papers there are two or three question are given from this chapter.This type of problem are given in Quantitative Aptitude which is a very essential paper in banking exam. Under below given some more example for your better practice.

Some properties of Triangle

- The sum of any two sides of a triangle is always greater than the third side.
- The sum of the angles of a triangle is 180
^{o}.

Pythagoras Theorem

A right angle triangle.

(Hypotenuse)^{2} = (Base)^{2} + (Height)^{2}

Area of a right angle triangle

(1 / 2 x Base x Height )

Area = 1 / 2 x p x q

Perimeter of a triangle

Sum of all sides of a triangle.

Perimeter = p + q + r.

Example #1

The angle ratio of a triangle is 19 : 9 : 8. What would be sum of the largest angle and the smallest angle?

- 120
^{o} - 125
^{o} - 130
^{o} - 135
^{o}

**Answer:**Option (D)

**How to Solve**

The sum of all angles of a triangle is 180

^{o}.

Sum of all ratio is,

( 19 + 9 + 8 )

= 36.

So, the largest angle is 19 / 36.

And the smallest angle is 8 / 36.

Sum of both the largest and smallest angle is,

( 19 / 36 ) + ( 8 / 36 )

= 27 / 36.

Therefore,

Sum = 180 x 27 / 36

= 135^{o}

Example #2

If the base of a triangular stadium field is 750 meters and it’s height is 550 meters. Find the area of the field.

- 196564 sq.meter
- 206250 sq.meter
- 215656 sq.meter
- 225696 sq.meter

**Answer:**Option (B)

**How to Solve**

Area of the field = Base x Height / 2

So, 750 x 550 / 2 sq.meter.

= 206250 sq.meter.
